Stephen Gray
Stephen started working in the ice industry as a young teenager. Growing up in the family business of Bagged and Block Ice manufacturing and delivery, Ice is in his blood. After decades in business as ice manufacturers, a need was recognized for local restaurants and convenience stores to have ice on demand and the first two onsite ice machines were purchased to put on location as leases. Those two turned into several hundred and Coastal was born. Stephen has been in management since the inception of Coastal Ice Machines in 1992. While his dad decided to dedicate his time in the bagged and block division Stephen and an older brother took the reins and began to build Coastal Ice Machines one machine after another, while also branching out into commercial refrigeration equipment as well. Selling and leasing reach in refrigeration and walk ins. In 2001 his brother decided to make a career change and Stephen stepped in and has been at the helm working tirelessly to make Coastal Ice Machines the Best, Most Reliable and Honest Refrigeration Company in the Southeast Georgia region as well as Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Hardeeville areas.
Service Manager
Mike Beck
Mike has worked for Coastal Ice Machines since June of 1994. Mike first began working in the bagged ice division while in High School. After he gradutaed he enlisted in the Navy where he served for 5 years. Upon leaving the service he came to work for Coastal Ice Machines.
Mike is our Lead Technician and Service Manager. His skill, knowledge, dedication and loyalty is invaluable to Coastal Ice Machines.
SERVICE MANAGER/SC TERRITORY
Brian Allen
Brian has worked for Coastal Ice Machines since December of 1998. Brian has taken on our South Carolina territory as the lead technician in that area. The customers ask for him by name and he has been instrumental in broadening our customer base not only in South Carolina but in South East Georgia as well.
Brian is a Lead Technician in South Carolina and Assistant Service Manager. His skill, knowledge, dedication and loyalty is invaluable to Coastal Ice Machines.
Kevin Lindblad
Kevin has worked for Coastal Ice Machines since December of 2010. Kevin is the son in law of Stephen Gray. While taking a semester off from college, he took a position with Coastal Ice machines as a helper and decided to stay. Because of his natural mechanical abilities this line of work was a strong fit for him and he has quickly moved up from helper to installer and now a Lead Technician. While Kevin is our youngest technician his knowledge is broad.
Kevin is a Lead Technician, Lead Installer and Preventitive Maintenance Specialist.
SALES/MARKETING
Shannon Spano-Gray
Shannon is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Coastal Ice Machines. Shannon is the wife of Stephen Gray. Having been around the family business since 1989 she began working for her father in law in the bagged ice division in 1999. When the sales position suddenly opened up in July of 2007, the transition to sales for Coastal just seemed like the next step.
Shannon enjoys working directly with customers and area dealers to determine what best suits their refrigeration needs. From Ice Machines, to Reach Ins to Walk In Coolers she works diligently to be sure that everything is suited to their particular need. From the smallest cafes to the largest event venues your needs will be met. Hotels, Motels, 5 star resorts, golf courses, boutique hotels, Hospitals, whatever your refrigeration needs she will provide you with fast, knowledgeable, reliable and honest sales, leases and services.

ADMIN/OFFICE MANAGER
Linda White
Linda is the Office Manager and Bookkeeper here at Coastal Ice Machines. She has been working here since September of 1992. Linda previously worked for the bagged ice division for nearly 20 years before making the switch to Coastal Ice Machines. Her knowledge in every aspect of running an office is invaluable to Coastal. Linda places and tracks all equipment orders while managing payroll and the every day billing and accounts receivable.
PARTS/WARRANTY MANAGER
Pam Page
Pam is the Parts and Warranty Manager here at Coastal Ice Machines. Pam has been working for Coastal Ice Machines since February 2006. Pam also works directly with Linda on invoicing, billing and collections. If you need a part, Pam is the person you want to talk to! She is fast, reliable and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of parts sales. warranty processing and service support.
