This Top Hat ice cube is seen in our AM model
machines. These are under counter machines typically seen in commercial office break rooms and residental kitchens or outdoor bars areas.
This is Cublet ice is seen in our C, F-C, FD-C, FS-C, DCM model
machines - This is a very popular style of ice for customers. You will often see restaurants and gas stations labeling this style of ice as "Chewy Ice."
This is Flake ice ~ seen in our F model
machines- This style of ice is typically refered to as shaved ice, crushed ice or snow ice. The most common application for this style of ice is in seafood markets or anywhere you would display foods as in salad bars, seafood cases etc.
This square cube ~ seen in our IM model
ice machines- This cube was designed with the bar in mind. It is a large 1"x 1"x1 1/4 size cube. Great for serving drinks on the rocks as it only takes two or three cubes! Because it is a solid cube it will last longer and will cut down on production costs.
This is the crescent cube seen from our KM model
ice machines. This is the traditional Hoshizaki cube. We like to refer to this style as the "speed bump" due to its shape. This cube as with the square cube will last longer as it is a solid cube. Typical applications for this cube are endless. You will find this style in restaurants, bars, convienence stores either bagged or in dispensers, hotels the applications are truly endless.
The Equipment Specs
The AM Cuber Series
features a stainless steel finish and has fewer moving parts for
longer life. The AM-50 fits conveniently into standard cabinetry and is UL approved for
outdoor use. The series also includes an ADA compliant model (-AD) and both models
can be designed to accommodate custom cabinetry (-DS model).

These attractive (C, F-C, FD-C, FS-C, DCM model)
stainless steel ice maker and dispenser combinations are easy to maintain and are energy efficient. Push-button or OptiServe™ hands-free operation are available, reducing the risk of
cross-contamination. One or two piece designs are available with either Crescent Cube ice or Cubelet ice with or without water dispensing. Crescent Cube dispensers feature the CycleSaverTM design and EverCheckTM control board. Cubelet dispensers feature the CleanCycle12TM design. H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent is
permanently embedded in select components to protect the inside of the
machines.

All (F model)Flakers feature the CleanCycle12TM design that keeps the evaporator barrel
clean by performing a 15-minute flush every 12 hours. The industry’s only greaseless
bearing design helps improve the life of the machine. The attractive stainless steel
exterior is durable and easy to maintain.

This very popular square cube is perfect for your bar and lounge areas to feature your mixologists latest specialty drinks. The company’s IM-500SAA, Stackable Square Cuber was the Bronze Award Winner in the
Dealer Design Awards 2014 for Refrigeration & Ice Machines.

The exclusive stainless steel evaporator of the KM Cuber (KM series)
produces individual
crystal-clear crescent cubes. Hoshizaki KM Cubers feature a stainless steel, non-corrosive exterior. The stainless steel exterior provides an attractive appearance that is durable and easy to maintain. All KM Cuber feature the CycleSaverTM design that allows Hoshizaki units to
produce the same quantity of ice with about half the cycles of competitive units. The KM
Cubers also feature the EverCheckTM control board that sounds an audible alert warning when the machine is in need of service. H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent is permanently embedded in select components of the ice machine during the manufacturing process, and protects the
inside of the ice machine as well as the ice bin scoop.
